Role: AI Automation / Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am IST

We are looking for a skilled AI Automation / Agentic AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent AI-powered solutions that automate key business processes across recruiting, sales outreach, onboarding, and payroll operations .

This role will focus on building AI workflows and intelligent agents that integrate with our ATS (JobDiva) and other internal systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for recruiting, outreach, onboarding, and payroll processes.
• Build AI agents and automation tools to support recruiters and sales teams.
• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems such as JobDiva, email platforms, and databases .
