Job Title: AI Developer
Contract Duration: 24 months

• Collaborate with business users, data scientists, developers and engineers to develop and deliver AI/ML products for LLM chatbots, forecasting, NLP and OCR, agentic AI use cases.
• Research, design, build and test scalable AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, RAG, evaluation and deployment.
• Integrate AI/ML products into applications using APIs (e.g. RESTful) and microservices (e.g. implemented with FAST).
• Work with DevSecOps team to containerise AI/ML models (e.g. OCI‑compliant container, Red Hat UBI) and support CI/CD workflows.
• Adopt proven software engineering practices such as code reviews and test‑driven development.
