• +5 years of experience with Java and/or Python;
• Backend API and distributed systems development;
• Knowledge of REST APIs, async processing and event-driven architectures;
• Experience with Kafka or messaging systems;
• Cloud-native development experience;
• Knowledge of AI technologies such as AI agents, RAG, vector databases, LLM integrations or orchestration frameworks;
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes and automated testing;
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills;
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
