Job description:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ai lead to drive the design, implementation, and governance of advanced AI solutions across the organization. This role will focus on Responsible AI practices, AI governance, data security, and the integration of AI into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Anthropic (Claude), along with proven expertise in building Agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy & Leadership

• Define and lead the organization’s AI strategy, governance framework, and responsible AI practices.
• Establish best practices for ethical AI usage, model transparency, and bias mitigation.
• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify AI-driven opportunities.
