Insight Global is looking for a AI Platform Engineer to join the AI Powered Engineering Team. This team enables engineers across lululemon to build, operate and evolve software more effectively through AI-Driven tooling and platforms. The team focuses on developer experience, automation, and responsible use of AI to reduce cognitive load improve quality, and accelerate delivery. This team partners closely with product engineering, platform, security, and data teams to ensure AI tooling is safe, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

As a Senior AI Platform Engineer, you operate as a technical and organizational multiplier. You drive adoption of AI‑powered engineering tools, shape tool strategy and roadmap in partnership with stakeholders, and ensure tools deliver clear value through measurable usage and outcomes.
