Role Description

AI Solutions Associate 

You help teams inside the company work faster by using AI tools.

What you actually do:
Talk to teams and understand what’s slowing them down.
Turn messy problems into clear steps.
Build simple automations and workflows (Make, Zapier, n8n).
Use ChatGPT / Claude to help with analysis or tasks.
Fix and improve automations when they break.
Test ideas quickly and keep improving them.
Document what you build so others can use it.

What they really want:
Someone practical, curious, and hands-on.
Good at figuring things out (not waiting for instructions).
Comfortable experimenting and failing fast.
Basic understanding of how tools connect (APIs, webhooks).
