AI Transformation Manager

The role focuses on identifying practical AI opportunities, helping teams understand and use AI tools, and driving measurable improvements through GenAI, LLMs, automation, and related technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify AI opportunities across product, operations, commercial, marketing, HR, finance, and other teams.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose practical AI solutions.
• Research and evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors.
• Deliver AI workshops, training, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Support pilots and implementation of AI assistants, copilots, automation tools, and no-code/low-code solutions.
• Track AI adoption, impact, and KPIs.
• Act as an AI advisor for non-technical teams and leadership.
