AIF Operations Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a professional with 3–5 years of experience in AIF Operations to manage end-to-end operational activities for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) based out of GIFT City. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of fund operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Accounting:

Manage the day-to-day fund accounting operations, including NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations. Monitor fund expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary targets. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard fund assets and prevent fraud or misappropriation.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
