Air Conditioning Engineer

Premier Work Support is currently assisting a prestigious client in the Basildon area to recruit for a permanent Air Conditioning Engineer.

As the Air Conditioning Engineer you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment at various client sites in the South East of England.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair and maintenance of equipment performance of general building maintenance tasks to include but not exclusively: Emergency Light Testing, water temperature checks, fire alarm tests, visual inspections and minor fabric works
• Communicate with, support and inform service coordinators and management and team members.
• Respond to call‑outs and cover emergencies as required during working hours and participate on the out of hours call‑out rota.
• Assist other trades and support the team as necessary.
