The role

The Air Freight Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the export/import air freight department in the Philippines . This role combines hands‑on operational management with strategic oversight, ensuring service excellence, compliance with regulations, and achievement of business and financial objectives.

The Air Freight Supervisor will coach and develop the export/import team, manage key stakeholder relationships, and support the Head of Operations in executing business strategies.
