Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all aircraft maintenance is performed in accordance with the Maintenance Control Manual, Maintenance Policy Manual, and Detailed Procedures Documents, while strictly adhering to Canadian Aviation Regulations and technical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance activities comply with the policies and procedures in the MCM, MPM, DPDs, aircraft and component maintenance manuals, and Transport Canada requirements.
• Maintain an AME – M2 license and ACA qualifications as required on company aircraft.
• Acquire and maintain Airport Security Clearance, AVOP, Passport, and full ‘G’ Driver’s License.
• Mentor new Apprentices.
• Liaise with the Lead and MOC regarding scheduled overnight work packages.
