Specific Requirements

Certification • IBM Certified Specialist or • IBM Certified Systems Expert
Experience
• Bachelor Degree in IT - Minimum of 5 years experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems and Network management), operations monitoring and end user support OR • Diploma in IT - Minimum of 5 years experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems and Network management), operations monitoring and end user support AND • Minimum of 4 years in-depth technical knowledge of AIX administration, configuration and troubleshooting experiences
Technical
