Analyst Business Requirement Testing & Operations - G&E

**Role Purpose**

Responsible for developing and documenting detailed business requirements and supporting documentation for new initiatives and enhancements to existing functionality in assigned IHG applications. Partner with stakeholders and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle to support planning, testing, feedback, and implementation activities for assigned initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities**

+ Develop detailed business requirements and supporting documentation, including scope documents, business justification, and ROI analysis for systems applications supporting business stakeholders.
