+ Handle and maintain confidential records on all Texas Tech University prospects and applicants.
+ Research issues regarding application documents and problem solve; anticipate next steps and prioritize workload.
+ Answer calls through call center software and provide accurate information to callers regarding TTU processes, policies, and next-steps.
+ Cross train on all processes within Admissions processing.
+ Oversee assigned files as well as a specialization within the unit, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processes.
