Role Description
Responsabilités
- Assurer le support opérationnel des environnements TI (niveau 2-3)
- Surveiller les systèmes avec SCOM (alertes, dashboards, tuning)
- Supporter les environnements Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD)
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents en production
- Participer à l’amélioration des pratiques de monitoring et d’exploitation
- Collaborer avec les équipes infra, sécurité et applicatives
- Contribuer à des projets SharePoint (migration, configuration, optimisation ou support évolutif)
