Analytics Engineer, Care Analytics

The Work You'll Do:

As an Analytics Engineer on our Care Analytics team, you will own the data infrastructure that powers Sovos' global support analytics function—designing and maintaining our Snowflake warehouse, partnering with ops to scope and ship the right solutions, and leading data workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrations. This is a high‑ownership role with direct visibility to leadership.

• Design, build, and maintain Snowflake data models, pipelines, and warehouse objects (DDL, DML, DQL)
• Own delta pipelines, MERGE tasks, and incremental load strategies end to end
• Partner with ops stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scoped, buildable solutions
• Lead data engineering workstreams across 3–4 CRM backend migrations
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and the team data catalogue
• Write and maintain Python scripts for pipeline automation, data wrangling, and transformation
