o Ansible Expertise in writing playbooks roles and modules for infrastructure automation

o Python Scripting for automation monitoring and API integrations

o PowerShell Automation for Windows systems Active Directory and cloud resource management


Monitoring Observability Nice to Have

o Dynatrace Syntheticreal user monitoring alerting and performance analysis

o Moogsoft Event correlation alert management and incident response orchestration

o Elasticsearch Log aggregation querying Lucene syntax and integration with KibanaLogstash
Incident Service Management Nice to Have

o ServiceNow Ticket lifecycle management CMDB configuration and workflow automation
