API & UI Automation Tester

Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at CGI office or Client office at a minimum 3 days per week – subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts for UI and API testing using tools like Selenium, Postman, SOAP UI, and GW GT Framework.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across insurance applications.
• Maintain and enhance automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Validate data flow and business logic across Edge API Layer and digital portals.
• Troubleshoot and debug test failures, identify root causes, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
