Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, HCM Modules(HCM/Absence/Talent/Helpdesk), Extract, Redwood, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, ADP, ERP, Integrations, AI Studio.

+ **Eligibility** : 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
+ Provide L2/L3 production support, including:
+ Issue analysis and resolution
+ Root cause analysis
+ SR, Change, and release management support with documentation

+ Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including one or more of:
+ Core HR
+ Security
+ Absence
+ Talent Management
+ Helpdesk
