Application and Development Manager in Capital Markets (Collateral & Calypso)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Collateral Management to lead strategic transformation initiatives across Treasury and Investment Banking platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge in OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, reconciliations, regulatory reporting and Calypso implementations. This role involves end-to-end ownership of requirement analysis, backlog management, stakeholder engagement and delivery governance across complex banking systems. Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery Own and manage product backlog aligned with business roadmap and PI planning.
Define release scope, prioritize requirements and manage sprint planning.
Facilitate daily Scrum, SIT and UAT triage calls.
