Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration & ServiceNow Development
Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue).
Manage forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and troubleshoot system issues.
Implement enhancements to improve platform performance and usability.
