Application Development Manager

Job Description
Lead and mentor programmers in application development and maintenance (MS SQL, .NET, C#, VB.Net, etc.).
Manage DevOps tools, including AI, GitHub, and other modern resources.
Oversee system SMEs and coordinate resources for projects and maintenance.
Assign and supervise daily tasks, ensuring progress toward milestones.
Communicate regularly with the team to align priorities and address challenges.
Collaborate with IT and business units to support internal/external customers.
Develop solutions and timelines to meet client requirements.
