Job involves Solution Presentation, troubleshooting software functionality related issues, conducting webinars, Technical Know How Workshops. It requires quick thinking to come up with solutions for software functionality issues and giving training to the users of the software and regular interactions with the customers to ensure effective utilization of CAD/CAM/CAE Solutions.
