Application Engineer

Ensure high‑availability, secure, and high‑performing banking applications by managing monitoring, maintenance, performance optimization, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong expertise in card‑processing platforms such as Omnicard, 4‑Way (Four‑Party Model), or TSYS PRIME , which are critical to supporting card issuance, acquiring, and payment workflows.

• Monitor and maintain banking applications, ensuring stable front‑end and back‑end performance
• Coordinate with vendors (including card‑platform vendors such as Omnicard / PRIME) for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements
• Implement BAU and emergency changes following Change Management and SDLC procedures
• Apply InfoSec controls, manage security patches, and track application performance metrics
• Analyze application behavior, identify root causes of incidents, and drive performance improvements
