Application engineer

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend customized technical solutions aligned with the company's product and service portfolio.
• Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals that meet customer requirements and expectations.
• Support the creation of technical presentations, proposals, and supporting documentation for client engagements.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and on-time delivery.
• Track project progress and follow up to ensure compliance with agreed timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide feedback to support product enhancement and development based on customer insights.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project documentation within internal systems.
