Application Engineer – HVAC

Job Summary

The Application Engineer provides technical support to consultants, customers, and the sales team by performing equipment selections, preparing technical submittals and quotations, and supporting project execution activities. The role requires strong HVAC technical knowledge, effective communication, and timely response to customer requirements while complying with EH&S and ISO IMS Quality System procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiry and quotation processes, including: Technical selections, compliance statements, technical submittals, consultant comment responses, quotations in SAP/CRM, AE Actions file updates.
• Review project enquiries, schedules, and specifications to provide suitable HVAC solutions and product selections.
• Ensure all customer enquiries are responded to within assigned KPIs and timelines.
