Customize and enhance the MES to support new factory workflows and automation processes Develop new MES modules or features to accommodate automation requirements (e.g., ASRS unit tracking, robot operation logging). Configure MES to effectively orchestrate with shop-floor automation systems Implement business rules to ensure: Equipment events (e.g., pass/fail signals, robot task completion) trigger correct MES transactions MES can send commands or instructions back to connected devices when required Enable real-time bi-directional communication between MES and automation systems. Configure data retention, traceability, and compliance-related production history settings. Ensure system performance, scalability, and data integrity as transaction volumes increase.
