Application Engineer

We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Application Engineer (Dental) to join our Malaysia team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our innovative dental technology and our clients. You will provide expert support across the entire product lifecycle—from installation and training to troubleshooting and repairs—ensuring our customers can deliver the best patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Provide full-cycle technical support including product demos, on-site installation, user training, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge Sharing: Train clients on new applications and features, and create clear technical documentation and training materials.
