Role Description
Location:
São Paulo, SP, Brazil（Rua Samuel Morse 74, Edificio Igarata – Monções）
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily application system operation and maintenance to ensure stable operation
- Monitor and analyze application performance; identify and resolve system issues
- Assist in application deployment and upgrades to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain operation documentation, system changes, and runbooks
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- Conduct system health checks to prevent risks and propose improvements
- Collaborate with the development team to support dev/test environments
Work Experience:
- Experience in application operation, maintenance, or system management
- Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies is preferred
