Application Support Analyst (L2/L3) – SQL & Powershell - Banking

Overview

We are seeking a technically strong Application Support Analyst to join a production support team responsible for business-critical financial systems. This is a hands-on L2/L3 role focused on data investigation, SQL troubleshooting, scripting and automation , and resolving complex production issues at root-cause level.

This is not a monitoring or ticket-routing role. You will be expected to analyse problems, write scripts, fix data and processes, and improve system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for core applications and data flows
• Investigate data and processing issues using advanced SQL (T-SQL / PL-SQL)
• Perform data fixes, validation, reconciliations and performance analysis
• Debug batch and real-time processes across Linux and Windows environments
