Role Description

Responsibilities
  • Own the health, performance, and availability of production systems using monitoring tools and dashboard
  • Proactively detect anomalies and ensure smooth daily operations across Front Office applications.
  • Respond to, triage, and resolve production incidents with urgency and precision.
  • Perform root cause analysis and drive follow‑up actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure timely communication with stakeholders during incident lifecycles.
  • Review, validate, and execute deployments, patches, and system upgrades.
  • Ensure changes are delivered with minimal risk and zero disruption to production services.
  • Provide L1/L2 support to Front Office users, addressing queries related to trading workflows, investment processes, and platform behaviour.
