Application Support Analyst

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Application Support Analyst to support and enhance trade analytics systems within the financial markets domain. The role focuses on maintaining legacy applications, supporting cloud operations, and working closely with front-office users to troubleshoot and maintain financial trading systems.
Mandatory Skill-set Must have 3 years of experience in a production or application support in Banking environment; Must have strong working knowledge of Data Analytics, including troubleshooting and dashboard customization; Must have experience supporting or developing applications for financial trading systems; Experience with eFX trading platforms or an understanding of FX domain processes; Proven ability to remediate functional/non-functional issues in legacy platforms; Experience with system monitoring, patching, and cloud management.
