The Role

We are looking for a talented Application Support Analyst to serve as the frontline administrator and security gatekeeper for our core fleet applications (AssetWorks M5 and TMW Suite). Strong relationship‑building and advisory skillsets will be key to success as you bridge the gap between IT systems and operational teams. You will work closely with Information Technology, Fleet Operations, Shop Technicians, and Dispatch teams to test configurations, manage security, and support shop‑floor technology. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Business Systems & Integrations.
