Application Support Engineer required. My client is a leading software company based in Crowborough. 

The successful candidate will be joining a team of 25 people. You will be working on a bespoke & evolving software package, therefore they are looking for candidates who have 2nd Line Support Experience and a quick learner to build their knowledge of the software package. 
Position overview
 You will be responsible for dealing with client’s questions and technical issues both via telephone and email. 

You will be hands-on and experienced with Software Application Support and will have the ability to pick up new systems quickly as their

software is constantly being updated and developed.

Liaising with clients / customers over the phone

Ensure our clients systems runs smoothly and all issues are resolved as soon as possible.
