• 2+ years application and platform support experience in an IT environment
• BTech Degree - advantageous
• National Diploma: Information Technology (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Application and platform support in a DevOps environment
• Provide end to end support for client application and website, including DXL and cloud platform support
• Monitoring of alerts and dashboards to proactively respond to any incidents or outages
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level investigations to all incidents logged to the team
• Incident and change management using Jira and Remedy
• Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools like Kibana, Prometheus, OpsGenie
• Linux OS knowledge
• AWS, Docker and Kubernetes knowledge advantageous
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
