Role Description

Location: Changi Business Park

Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in Java application support.
  • Provide Level 2 support for Java-based applications across production and non-production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • Ability to understand, analyze, and troubleshoot existing application code.
  • Experience working in a production support environment is preferred.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting purposes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
