Role Description
Must Haves
- Minimum of 10+ years of software development experience
- Minimum 5 yrs exp as a support associate
- 2+ years of support lead experience, including:
- Incident triaging
- Major incident management and communication
- Incident Management and problem management
- Change Management and housekeeping
- Expert knowledge of Client - Server architecture, certificate and password management and maintaining webservices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- 5+ years of experience in Java /.NET Stack app support and SQL
- Excellent proficiency with Oracle and SQL
- Experience with Dynatrace, ELK, and PagerDuty
