Role Description

PRTR is now working with big wholesale to find potential candidates to play the role of Technical Support.

The expectation for this position is being strong in Web & Mobile Application addition, you have good English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Providing application services (functional and consult).
  • Monitoring Services, informing and recording issues into the system.
  • Coordinating with third parties or in-house teams for solutions within SLA time.
  • Analyzing issues and being able to propose solutions/workaround.
  • Supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring that business can continue.
  • Creating a monthly plan and update progress.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ IT field.
  • Experience with Store Applications / Tools / Point of Sales (POS).
  • Strong Issue Analyst skills.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
