• Respond to ALM tickets on reported system bugs and enhancements.
• Define the technical solution and liaise with the Senior Technical Lead / Architecture team to meet business requirements, the project plan, a robust testing process, and schedule to deliver the solution.
• Create training documentation as needed for features developed to be shared with end‑users.
• Maintain the system’s technology stack.
• Operate within the Security Operations standards and guidelines.
• Participate in daily meetings with technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Java
• SQL
• JavaScript and React (strong knowledge)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Azure Development & Ops experience (required)
• .NET (plus)
