Role Description

 
  Responsibilities 
 Technical service of responsible applications to contribute direct sales as well as bridging to repeat sale. 
 Focus on the core application of steam cracker / EDC /PTA/ catalyst. 
 Execute onsite technical service jobs in catalyst loading/start-up/troubleshooting, responsible for the results. 
 Deliver value added technical proposal documents for sales based on the sales opportunities.
 Collect, analyse, and check catalyst operating data and propose recommendations/advice/catalyst performance report to customers. Provide professional technical training for the customers to ensure the correct use of the catalyst. 
 Negotiate with customer based on technical agreement to deliver a favoured technical position for Clariant. 
 Execute technical communication with customers either at customer site or online.
