Responsibilities:
Vocational training as a a plastics and rubber technologist
Familiarize with production and maintenance departments
Actively work in the departments: Mixing plant, blank production, molding (machines), finishing, coating, quality control
Getting to know the interfaces to logistics and quality management
Programming and setting-up production machines
Participation in special projects such as Trainees recruit trainees
Qualifications:
Good understanding of technical processes
If possible, vocational school in metal technology etc.
Basic computer knowledge
Accurate and thorough work
Ability to work independently, in a structured manner and self-organized
Good manners and ability to work in a team as well as communication skills
Ability to adapt flexibly to new situations
