Role Description

The Position
Fully paid Australian recognised trade qualification at the end of completion of the 3-year apprenticeship.

Above award pay rate.

Paid days when you attend campus training.

Uniforms and knife kits supplied.

Be mentored by some amazing chefs who have developed their passion for food from all over the world.
The Person
Previous experience as a cook or kitchen hand, desirable.

Certificate II in Cookery, desirable

Have the commitment to complete the 3-year program.

Have a can do, flexible and positive attitude towards work, takes pride in your work and learning.

You are punctual and can be a reliable team player.

Most importantly, have a genuine interest in all things culinary and be a real “foodie”.
