The apprenticesip (alternance) at Nicols:

During your alternation, you will have the opportunity to join a site with beautiful industrial projects over the next years.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will have the following tasks:
analyse the manufacturing performance and process, propose technical and organisational improvements and support the deployment to the teams

Drive and deploy tools to drive continuous operational excellence by providing site teams with problem solving methods

support industrialization projects

Lead operational performance improvement projects

Participate in the cost reduction program
