We are looking for an architect with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, App Engine, CSM, and SPM. This professional will be responsible for designing technical solutions, defining data models, creating technical documentation, supporting complex requirements, and ensuring that implementations follow architectural standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, tables, relationships, and security structures for ServiceNow applications.
• Create technical designs for workflows, automations, integrations, and business rules.
• Define roles, ACLs, and platform security models.
• Build and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs), diagrams, and architecture documentation.
