Architect

• Develop accurate technical drawings and plans using CADD software.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project teams to meet design goals and deadlines.
• Create detailed 2D/3D models from conceptual designs.
• Maintain and update project documentation and drawing records.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in estimating project timelines, costs, and construction challenges.
• Stay current with design tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect (RA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainable design.
