Architect Production Designer

Job Purpose

Responsible for supporting production and project execution through specialized architectural space design for Modular Operating Rooms , healthcare spaces, detailed CAD drafting , and comprehensive BOQ preparation .

The position also involves conducting site assessments , ensuring design feasibility, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely Project requirements,

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and execution drawings
• Develop BOQ/BOM and technical details
• Work on AutoCAD & Revit (mandatory)
• Catia / SolidWorks (Desirable)
• Coordinate with Project sales team, vendors and suppliers
• Support project execution and scheduling
• Site visit, Supplier visit (Occasionally)
• Ensure quality and documentation compliance
