Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring progress of assigned project.
• Able to do test fit.
• Able to prepare and compute area tabulation.
• Attends design and construction meetings.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders - Design Management/PD/Rcii Engineering.
• May require to conduct periodic site visits.

Qualifications

• PRC Licensed.
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from reputable school.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in architectural design firm (excluding apprenticeship), preferably designing/handling horizontal housing development.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion and other 3D rendering software.
