ARCHITECTECTURAL COORDINATOR (Building Construction/Project)
Responsibilities : To assist PM/PE to plan & execute structural & architectural works Lead in site coordination with all trades To liaise with RTO for inspection Prepare submission of shop drawings/Materials/MOS To check shop drawings submitted by Sub-contractors To ensure work is construct in accordance with contract and drawings Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers etc Procurement and monitoring of Architectural related materials To carry out inspection/trade demo/material testing/mock-up To check and ensure compliance with TOP check list and RI (Achi) Attend subcon meetings Contract administration and other site operational & project management matters Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior Requirements : Bachelor's Degree of Architecture or equivalent Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in building/construction trade in Singapore such as in D&B project (government/commercial building) ...
