Area Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor you will play an integral part in delivering and supporting the field-based elements of SBFM s service provision. For this role regular travel between sites within the following areas will be required; Reading, Beaconsfield, Henley on Thames, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe and surrounding areas. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction in line with agreed KPIs. Relationship management - build and maintain strong client relationships at local level. Conduct regular audits and resolve issues to ensure cleaning standards and specifications are consistently achieved. Line management, support, inductions and training of frontline operatives.
