Job Description
- Plan and manage the daily scanning schedule and route optimization for the team across assigned areas.
- Lead, coach, and supervise scanners on-ground while monitoring attendance, productivity, and KPIs.
- Build and maintain structured operational trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel for performance monitoring, audits, attendance, productivity, and scanning coverage.
- Analyze operational performance and provide action plans to improve scanning efficiency, accuracy, and execution quality.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure scanned data accuracy, content quality, pricing accuracy, and catalog completeness.
- Ensure supermarkets and pharmacy content is accurate, updated, and aligned with operational standards.
